Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Waiter to join our team in the hospitality industry. As an Assistant Waiter, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests by ensuring they have a delightful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist waiters in serving food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.

• Set up tables, ensure cleanliness, and maintain the overall dining area.

• Provide support in preparing and replenishing dining materials, such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met during their visit.

• Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the kitchen or senior staff.

• Monitor tables for cleanliness and reset them after each use.

• Handle basic guest inquiries and direct any complex questions to senior staff.

• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly and positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during busy periods.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
